These are not honest people…read more When closing on my house all is rushed they grossly overcharged me I mentioned it but with so much is going on during closing it got overlooked (in hindsight, I think they count on that!) However, after closing and getting moved in I called them back twice to talk about the rates. Both times they said they would check into it and call me back. They never did. However, they DID call me several times to try and sell me auto insurance! So I finally gave up on them and got a policy with another national brand with better coverage at about 60% of the cost. I almost cut the price in half! Ok, fair enough but that does not rate a 1 star review! So I called them on the 14 to let them know that as of the first of the next month the new insurance was taking over. So they went back in time and canceled my insurance effective two weeks BEFORE I called them! That left me totally uninsured during hail and tornado season and in breach of contract with my mortgage lender. Now, what company would ever allow you to cancel coverage you have already used? That is like asking for a refund on gasoline you already burned. I wonder if I can get back all the months I was covered since it seems to be OK to get back what you already used? I bet not! So there is no doubt in my mind they did it on purpose to punish me and get me in trouble with my mortgage company for having the audacity to not continue to pay their grossly overpriced policy. These are not good people! These are the worst kind of used car sales people just with an insurance license. Avoid Adam Gonzalas like the plauge!
