Very kind staff, approachable/accessible location. I've been a customer for about a year. I get the…read moresame thing every time, but have tried a few different strains figuring out what is best for me. All have been top quality. PLEASE come here rather than buying kratom from a vape shop, gas station or from unvetted online retailers. Many of those products can be dangerous. This is a safe and regulated way to buy kratom. They also sell premade capsules, CBD products, kava, regular juices/drinks, capsule machines/empty capsules and scales. Their product is carefully sourced by the owners, who are deeply involved on every layer, and they strive to provide a good experience. There is zero trace of a sketchy headshop vibe, it reminds me of the top tier dispensaries in California. Their product changed my life, got me to surpass a year sober from alcohol (and still counting!) and I am so glad they've set up shop right here in SLC. They are cash only - they do have an ATM with a minimal fee (25 or 50 cents, I forget) in case you forget to get cash on the way over. If you have any questions, they're happy to answer and offer explanations. I hope they are here for years to come. Thanks for all you do, team Grow!

First, the bad. The prices are high and the selection is small. I attribute both to the fact that…read morein Ogden, there is a limited market of people looking for specialty foods in the area, so this is a necessity to stay in business. Now for the good: Good Earth is so helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they WILL not sell you an item simply to make money. They genuinely care about their customers and run their business to provide specialty foods to people that need them. We went to the store looking for gluten free chili powder. When we asked the manager, she came to the aisle with us and read the ingredients on the bottle. There was no gluten listed, but she went one step further and called every one of her distributors to double-check. Turns out that there is cross-contamination in the factories, and none of her chili powder products are gluten free. This saved us from potentially sickening a family member with Celiac Disease, so we were super grateful. Because of this experience, we trust the manager's knowledge and expertise in specialty foods immensely. Because of their integrity and willingness to help us out, we will spend our extra money there. We have been to other natural food stores in the area and experienced sales people who pushed specialty foods that weren't appropriate for our needs and supplements that were not properly researched. Now, in all fairness, a few of the books at Good Earth have advice and information that I would question, having done my own literature reviews of healthcare journals (but seeing that supplementation and naturopathy are not regulated, it should be the responsibility of the consumer to research what they purchase), but outside of that, by and large, this is the BEST and MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE natural food store I have been to. Double kudos because, as I stated above, they are not interested in selling products that will not fit their customers' needs, and will go above and beyond to keep their consumers safe. In our opinion, well worth the bit of extra money to help out a fantastic business in northern Utah.

I have become such a fan of Harmon's during the pandemic! They were the first chain to implement…read moreextremely enhanced safety measures (one-way aisles, huge sneeze guards for cashiers, customer mask requirements, curbside pickup) and I am so grateful for this. I only order curbside pickup, but this service is different than at other places because they assign you a "personal shopper". You won't have to worry about surprise substitutions or surprise product outages (because it's NOT fun to order all of the ingredients for, say, a pork roast dinner, and then be surprised to find no actual pork roast when you get home) because personal shoppers will text you as they shop. You can add items that you didn't find in the online store as they are shopping also.. this is how I got turkey drumsticks to make my first deep fried turkey dish for Thanksgiving (delicious!). Actually picking up the groceries is extremely safe and easy. You call or text when you arrive in the drive thru area, someone comes out and confirms your name (no long chats or passing of papers through the window), loads up the groceries, and wishes you a good day. So easy! Everything is always ready on time but usually very early, and I have never experienced any delays. After having numerous poor experiences with other curbside grocery chains (multi-hour delays, not answering phone, items missing, sent away with the wrong order), I would happily pay $5 for Harmon's personalized service. Harmon's makes me feel like I have complete control over my grocery shopping even though I'm not there in person. Due to my amazing experiences over the last several, I think I have been converted to a lifelong Harmon's customer!
