I did some shopping around on the prices and while Elite IT's were slightly higher ($130ish vs. $100) .. I got 1) a 90-day warranty and 2) an entire mold/kit replacement.. not just the glass replacement. About a week later I noticed a small crack in the glass near my home button and my headphone jack had stopped working. I called Elite IT back up and they said "No worries, we'll fix it for you. You're under warranty". Brought it in and they again fixed it same day. Even stayed open a few extra minutes after closing hours so I could pick it up. Xavier was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Would def go back here vs. a mall store or other 3rd party replacement shop.

Plus my data had not been transferred as requested from my back up drive. Had to bring it in a second timec ansd now they wanted $60 more for the data transfer! Do NOT use these people! They are incompetent!
