I didn't know I had to show up with my lab order printed (no way to upload it into their system? Nope). Luckily there was a print shop open a few doors down. Okay, no problem, I go print it and bring it back and wait. The sample hemolyzed, meaning the red blood cells exploded and the sample is not be usable. I understand this happens sometimes, apparently due to issues with drawing techniques or problems during sample transport, but Quest made no attempt to communicate this to me. Instead I was stuck on a "waiting for results" screen for weeks (should have resulted in 2-3 days) and my ordering doctor couldn't even see the test in the system. Online help was useless. I had to call to speak with an agent and only then did I learn the results will never appear because the test couldn't be run on the sample. And then they wouldn't even refund me the cost of the test, just said to come back in to have it drawn again LOL. I would stay away from Quest in general. Not a user friendly system. It was an unclear and confusing process and I'm comfortable with technology and following directions for tests like this. If you do manage to get a useable sample drawn, the staff were all lovely.

Repeated requests for a return call to schedule an appt were ignored, forcing me to go in person just to schedule an appointment. When I raised my concerns, the receptionist responded, "sometimes it's crazy around here."

The first appointment, which I showed up to, had been canceled without them contacting me, I had changed plans and rushed to get there. The second appointment I waited for an hour and a half. I was just about to walk out when she walked in. The third appointment. A gentleman that signed right before had a later appointment, but they took him in before me, 25 minute wait. The fourth appointment they called me the day before to tell me the appointment had been canceled, she asked if I can come in that day. NO! I already changed work scedule for the next day. Then afterthe original appointment date I received a call telling me I "missed" my appointment, and they scheduled me for another day in the future. I calledand spoke with the same wman, JAMIE, and started explaing the situation, she hung-up on me. I called back and started explaining again, she interrupted me and asked if I was callling to make another apppointment. I started telling her I would never step in their office again, but she didb't hear it all because she hung-up on me again. Talk about RUDE and the office being incompetent, that's PCC Palms Springs office. DON'T GO THERE or you may die while waiting for more incompetency!!! Sincerely!!

Dr had given orders to xray 93yo male. Order called in before 9am on a Tuesday morning. As of 3pm…read morewhen hospice nurse came on routine check of 93 yo male, no xrays and no communication. After calling company, they informed nurse no bones were described to be xrayed. 6hours later!! Portable called patient to see when to come out(make an apoointment) and they couldnt come out until next day between 10-2 pm. Next day tech finally arrives at 1250, proceeds to do xrays and leaves, 15 minutes if that. At days end no word as to results. Not a call or text from Portable or Dr. My suggestion is to avoid the bull poop and go directly to ER for xrays. Atleast there you know you'll be seen in a timely manner and get results then and there! Horrible company!
