Claimed we were notified but there was absolutely no correspondence. Now we are out $90 and a gift that was supposed to be a happy experience. Very shady business practices and really nasty people running it. There are so many great places in town, don't waste your money on these people.

I'd been before years ago and found it weird but decided to try again. My therapist spoke no English, but used google translate. 60 minutes of agony followed: head massage was just pushing forcefully on my forehead and ears, my neck was yanked sideways to add a hard hot little pillow, then onto my feet. Rubbing too hard and fast over the same place just doesn't feel good or relaxing, it was painful and I told him so but the pressure or pace never let up. And he kept clearing his throat the entire time...I hope I don't catch anything. Time to pay and he is at the cash register and knows the word "tip", this time I pretended not to understand.

Negatives: you can hear everything going on in the hallway as there is only a thin curtain dividing you and the hall. Some lady was out front yelling about how she didn't have enough time to change and felt violated. Thanks for ruining my relaxation lady! Think dressing room type set up. My poor guy barely had enough room to move around the "table". Like a couch with hole cut out for face. It was a rough massage. Not once did he ask me how the pressure was. Numerous times he was on my spine and I kept trying to move away. I kept thinking it gets better right? Nope. Using his forearms and elbows was quite painful and he had no concept of pressure since he isn't using his fingers at all. Fully expected bruising, fortunately not but I was in pain all night for sure, despite the "hot" stones used toward the end of the body massage. The foot massage part was alright not great but not terrible. He was yawning loudly through the entire massage. Get some sleep my guy!

I found this gem of a place off Yelp and am happy to add another 5 star review for this wonderful…read morespa! My mom and I were planning a weekend in Santa Fe and always get a massage when we visit. I called Kerstyn a few days before our visit to see if she could fit my mom and I in for us both having a massage done at the same time. She was able to quicky get another massage therapist (female which I had requested) and called me to let me know that we could get in for an hour massage each. The day of the massage my mom and I arrived and met Kerstyn and Aubry who was the other massage therapist. My mom wanted deep tissue work and I selected traditional. There were two tables set up in the massage room which was fine with my mom and I as we have shared a room for double massages many times. Kerstyn worked on my mom and Aubry worked on me. The massages were WONDERFUL. My mom has had MANY massages in her life and stated that the deep tissue massage she got from Kerstyn was probably the best she ever had. I thought Aubry was wonderful and I fully enjoyed my massage. As I mentioned before, my mom and I have been to Santa Fe before and we have had massages at both Ten Thousand Waves and Bishop's Lodge and we both thought the massages we got with Kerstyn and Aubry were as good if not better than others. This spa doesn't have the hot tubs and spas and other things like some of the higher end places so if you are looking for that kind of experience you may be better off going to one of the larger spas. However, if you want a really good massage at a very reasonable price then I would highly recommend this place. My mom and I would for sure book here again the next time we come to town!
