My therapist spoke no English, but used google translate. 60 minutes of agony followed: head massage was just pushing forcefully on my forehead and ears, my neck was yanked sideways to add a hard hot little pillow, then onto my feet. Rubbing too hard and fast over the same place just doesn't feel good or relaxing, it was painful and I told him so but the pressure or pace never let up.
