I was staying at the Hilton Buffalo Thunder and was really excited to check out the spa! I booked a 50 minute aroma journey deep tissue massage. You choose from 3 different aroma options (or no aroma for those with allergies) upon your arrival to enjoy during your massage. I chose the calm blend with lavender. The amenities that are available before and after your treatment are very lovely. I enjoyed the whirlpool, sauna and steam room. The ladies locker room area was very nice and clean. Then into the beautiful lounge area where you can enjoy tea or water before you massage. The massage itself was really relaxing, incorporating weighted and heated elements as well as hot towels. The ladies locker room was well kept, many amenities such as a sauna & steam room. Unfortunately it was closed during my treatment due to the mask mandates. I came to the Wo' P'in Spa for a little R&R for my birthday. Upon arrival, I was treated like a Queen the entire (they weren't aware of the occasion) Up first was a 50 minute aroma massage by Dulce in the Coyote room; it was fantastic. I communicated my problem areas up front and she absolutely delivered. Her pressure is a little harder than I'd like but some easy communication resolved that. I left that massage with zero tension. First time I felt that good in YEARS Next up was my 95 minute deep water facial in the Owl room and HONEEYYY! It was EVERYTHING! Hear me out - my esthetician (I think her name was Amy?) gave me the run down up front and prepared me that it's a long facial & all the different textures I'd be experiencing which was fantastic cause I knew what to expect & I could focus on just relaxing. True story, I fell asleep for a good 5 minutes during the facial, it was that relaxing. Not only did she focus on my face but also my neck, shoulders and hands. I felt like butter when this wrapped up - I genuinely melted. Once I got dressed, she gave me the outcome of my skin; what she recommends which was truly appreciated. Overall, my spa day was perfect. I drove from Albuquerque to this spa (wasn't staying in the hotel) to indulge on myself & it was beyond worth it. If I wasn't relocating at the end of the month, I'd be back monthly for reoccurring treatments. I'm just upset I didn't come sooner. PS - The robes are LIFE! read more

Hubs got the hot stone massage, e-bike I enjoyed the body ritual which included a wrap, salt scrub, and massage. Plan to arrive early if stay later to enjoy the steam room, sauna, and/or the hot tub. I stumbled upon this spa when I needed a pedicure and nothing in Santa Fe was available. I had reservations about a spa at a casino but my experience was amazing! The hotel and spa were very nice. Melinda did an amazing job on my pedicure - literally the best, most luxurious pedicure I've ever had. Will 100% come back next time I'm in Santa Fe. A bonus (which sadly I didn't learn in time) is that if you for mail services, you can use the sauna, whirlpool, etc at the spa. Go early and enjoy! read more

I cannot recommend the Wo'P'in Spa enough! I went to the Wo'P'in Spa for the first time in early-mid 2021 for a girls weekend and immediately knew I would become a regular. I now try to visit Kayla (for facials/body scrubs) and Melinda (nails) at least once a quarter. They are both fantastic! Kayla takes time to get to know what your skin type, what you're looking for, and is attentive to give you the best treatment - I always leave with glowing skin! I specifically chose this spa for their Dazzle Dry treatment and Melinda never disappoints. Each manicure and/or pedicure is impeccable. I look forward to visiting them again soon! read more

I came here with friends for a spa/pool day. Travezoo had a deal for may and June that had a discounted price at the spa with $10 food credit and pool privileges. The spa was ok; I have definitely been to nicer ones. The sauna and steam room weren't as warm as I have generally experienced. The Jacuzzi on the ladies' side was luke warm. Everyone was friendly. The massage wasn't bad. I added hot stones on, and they felt like they were just taken out of a volcano... maybe that's where all the heat was being directed. They have a membership at the spa, but I think I'll try out stuff that is closer to ABQ in the future. read more

For our mini-honeymoon, we decided to visit Santa Fe. We stayed at the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder since there were many amenities, mainly the Wo'P'in Spa. The rates were comparable to other spas in Santa Fe, but the best part was, it was in our hotel. Since it was raining 2 out of the 3 days we were there, we were able to avoid the rain and utilize their steam room, sauna, and hot tub. We were greeted warmly by Sarah and she helped us make our appointment. She gave me a tour of the women's locker room, then the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Everything was so clean and welcoming, the robes-HOLY COW the robes-they were so soft and they had sizes up to 5XL. We were able to use the facilities before and after our appointment, which was really nice. We decided to have a private soak before our massage. The private room had been prepared with a bottle of champagne, rose petals, chocolates, fruit, and water. It was so romantic and relaxing, and we hadn't even had our massages yet! Our masseuse was excellent and within moments, I felt the pressure of planning and celebrating a wedding melt off my shoulders. The salon hair stylist does not know how to cut hair!! Do not go to get your hair cut here. You're better off paying 10 bucks at Great Clips. From the very start, all she did was give me attitude about my long hair and complained about my hair!!! Can you believe that? You do not ever criticize your customers. If you don't like what you are paid to do then find another job. She also complained about Aveda products and how she was picky and selective about whose hair she would color. Is this a business trying to detour its customers away or what? She was rude and lacked motivation to do a good job. She didn't listen to what I wanted and my hair is uneven all over. Literally, uneven and I have pictures to prove it. I actually think she did this on purpose. Please hire someone that is qualified. I am going to Walmart now to get this $65 mistake corrected now. And did I say how rude you were? On the other hand, the nail tech was fabulous and she gets 5 star review!!
