It could be considered a light application of oil to a few body parts, with lots of time spent adjusting the sheets and the table height. Also my therapist left me on the table for 8 minutes while she went to get several drinks so my session started late and ended early, which was fine because it was a terrible experience. My suggestion is that if someone recommends a therapist, stick with that person.
