Their service is unreal. The nicest people that actually pay attention to you and your charcoals. Food next door is really good and you can bring it in to your booth. Couches are comfy and the TV is clutch. Great atmosphere. read more

Awesome happy hour prices and options (cooled hose, grapefruit head, different bases), great selection of flavors, cool atmosphere, and great service. We ordered mint/melon combo (if you're new to hookah, highly recommend mixing in mint with another flavor since it leads to a nice cool kick) with a grapefruit head had our coals replaced nearly every 15 minutes, smoked for an hour, and the tobacco wasn't even nearly done. We could probably have gone on another hour. Didn't order the food so can't comment on that, but as far as good places to catch up with friends and smoke hookah for a reasonable price, you can't really ask for much more. Only suggestion: the bathroom's a really weird layout. It's like 900 sq feet, and is for some reason only made for one person at a time. Maybe they hold business conventions in there on the side? That space could probably be used better, especially if the place gets crowded. read more

The place is in a small strip mall in a mainly residential area which was strange but it really stands out - all blue just like the name. Blue lights on the top, blue "flames" on the side. My friend and I got there just after 8 and the place was pretty filled. Mostly people here come in groups and just sit there because they do not charge by the coals or by the number of people. You could get one hookah for your group and you only pay for one. There are TVs everywhere, free wi-fi, some PS3s on some of the side set ups. There are huge leather couches, mid-size leather couches, and small chairs for smaller groups. Because of the nature of hookah, people tend to sit and smoke.. and smoke, which means that place doesn't really open up. We were lucky to get a spot at around 8:30 and ended up taking up one of the larger couches because we couldn't find any place else. Coals were replaced very diligently which was very nice because in some places you have to hunt down people to help you out. Lots of options on the type of tobacco and on the hookah you want (hose, base). All in all a great place to just chill, relax, you can bring food (or buy food from the place next door), and in the music isn't blaring loud that you can't have great conversation with the people next to you. read more

While I'm a Cleveland area resident, I visit Michigan on occasion for work. I've been to Blu twice now, and both visits have been absolutely wonderful. The furniture is comfortable, and each table has its own flat screen. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of service, and you can easily request service or your bill just by hitting a button. In addition to the great snack and beverage selection, the tobacco flavor list covers just about everything across the board, so you're bound to find a favorite or two. I plan to make this a regular stop whenever I'm in town. A++ service! read more

Went there for my first time, was an awesome experience. They were packed (which is a great thing for a new business). It took about 5 min to get us a seat, they had great tobacco flavors to choose from, several different Hookah options, different head options and different hose options. We opted to go for the fumo hookah, which gives a smoother hit, the ice hose, which was awesome, the grapefruit head, and the mango and mint tobacco. Service was outstanding, the atmosphere was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to people! read more

It was an okay experience. Some of the regulars that go there were very loud and playing a board game, screaming at each other in the lounge and being inconsiderate. The service was very good thou and they always checked in on us, asking if we needed anything and if everything was good. The hookah was great and their chairs were so comfy. Decor isn't so up to date and plain with too much sun coming in. Prices were fair not cheap and not expensive. Wouldn't really recommend or go again. read more

It is an excellent place. I love the hospitality and their service. It's always happening and a good place to chill. The price is the lowest here and it's a bang for the buck. I have tried hookah in other places like "O hookah lounge" (Farmington Hills), "iHookah" (Farmington Hills), vanilla lounge (Dearborn) and Rendezevous (Ann Arbor), all those places are ridiculous when compared to this place. None of these places can match this place and the hookah they serve. I visit them every week and I just love this place. I would love to give them a 10 star but yelp stops me at 5 :) read more

One of the best places in town for hookah. The price is the most reasonable of all the hookah places I visited and the quality is at its best. There is 'O' hookah lounge close to my place but I drive little extra miles to hangout and spend time at blu. I have tried hookah in vanilla dearborn, o hookah farmington hills, ihookah farmington hills, rendezvous annarbor. All these places have limitation like number of people per hookah and do not replace head for free if the hookah is bad. Blue is the only place I see offering the best service and is truly the best experience one can derive from this place. The happy hour prices are cheap and no wonder this place gets jam packed all the time even during weekdays. This truly deserves a 5star and I give it one. read more

As I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff with hookahs in their hand, ready for me, as if they have been awaiting for my arrival. The sound of the 14 ultra HDTV's in the background mixed with the joy and laughter of other satisfied customers made me realize- I came to the right place. False advertising , I've called multiple times to order fruit heads , min order is 2 and I've wanted to get 4 fruits for a Party, but there is always an excuse, "the person doesn't wanna drive that far" its under 6 miles. Just get rid of the service. Stop losing future customers with your false advertising. read more
