I have AAA, contacted them, unbeknownst 1 hour and 30 minutes later still o help from AAA. I Pulled out my phone BLOUNT'S TOWING popped up! I told him the long story she laughed and stated, he will be there in about 20 minutes. I came promptly and towed my car to MAVIS Tire. Finally , I thought I'm here, nope they were behind and under staffed. He had to take another call, but came back to tow my car again to another place, not to leave me stranded. Upon his arrival Mavis Tire, stated, they would make a way to help me. I really cannot thank him enough, I took a picture and sent it to my clients that are Truck drivers and they can share with their families.

After waiting several hours my service request was canceled and kept being canceled because there wasn't a tow truck driver available in the area where I was stranded. I called 911 and the local police department for assistance. They couldn't do anything either. They could only give me a list of local towing companies. It was the same results with those towing companies also. I was stuck on the side of the road on Georgia highway from 3:30 pm to 3:00 am. I was furious. Finally, I received a phone call from J & R Automotive Towing. After hearing about my whole ordeal and that I was a woman all alone on a dark highway. The owner (James) sprung into action. Called the local Sherrif dept to see if someone could come and sit with me because I was in a very dangerous spot because it was pitch black out there. The next exit was 15 miles. The Sherrif Dept never showed up. I later learned that no one could locate me. J & R had a difficult time finding me. He didn't cancel my service ticket. He kept on trying until he found me. He towed me to a hotel in the nearest town. Later on that morning, James came back to see if he could get my car running. He brought his wife with him so that I would feel comfortable. That was so thoughtful. My husband was pleased about it too. This couple went over and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am so grateful for them. From the first phone call to the final pick-up date we were treated with respect. We had many questions. All of them answered. They quickly contacted our insurance company with a very reasonable quote. We were told at the get-go that the work would take 8-10 days. On day 10 we were called to pick up the car. Work is superb. We used a rental car from Enterprise and they picked the car up from the body shop which was so convenient.
