It started with warm steam to relax me and open my pores, followed by a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and a wonderful massage of my shoulders, neck, temples, and face. Keya, my esthetician, was thorough -- gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn't even want to touch it (lol). I'll be honest about why this meant so much: I'd had a facial here before with a different person that wasn't a good experience, and I'd left a detailed review about it. But the owner went out of her way to make it right -- she told me she valued my business and offered me a complimentary facial. Keya more than delivered.
