    blossom baby has been my go to for all my ultrasounds. they have been so sweet & have made me feel so welcomed ! the quality & all the ultrasound pictures they have given me are amazing. Would definitely recommend them !

    Blossom baby is amazing! I went in at 13weeks exactly to get my gender scan done one day before my gender reveal because my nipt results didn't come back in time. I was so nervous that it would be too early to tell and I would have to cancel my party. Alexis was great and so kind and knowledgeable, she was able to get beautiful pictures and write down the gender for me, she was confident and I felt so relieved! I can't wait to go back later on and see baby in 4D once he is developed more.

    We've loved our experience at Blossom Baby! Alexis was a gem and we loved coming here to see our baby boy. Clean facility, competitive pricing, wonderful customer service. One visit we had our parents and siblings and they had such a great time seeing their first grand-baby and nephew.

    I love this place. This is my first pregnancy so naturally I was dying to see my baby and my OB wasn't seeing me for a few more weeks. I initially went in at 8 weeks and again at 14 weeks and I had great experiences both times. Reasonable prices and very cute inside with lots of room to bring family or friends . I'll definitely be using this place throughout my pregnancy to see my baby girl in between doctor appointments.

    Avoid !!! This place has changed its name 3 times in one…read moreyear! That says a lot! My Dr office and I discovered this place is now outsourced its calls to the Philippines and is not secure. Who allowed this? or how it was ever approved? The company's official statement is 'the phone numbers are in the US' when asked if their agents are overseas. What a way to sidestep a question. I asked the agent directly. He said Hes in the Philippines. He has full access to my medical information. My address. My phone number. The number of mammograms I've had, and my referring Dr info and their notes! He had it all! Avoid ANY office using RadNet services. This one location it not the only one. Read reviews on Yelp under RadNet! People have called and while with an agent asked the front desk and they acted like that was normal. To have all our medical files available to an outsourced company in the Philippines where an agent there in the Philippines has complete access to your medical and personal info!! The customer service is hit n miss. One gentleman spoke perfect English but didn't verify who I was and just with a name gave me all my personal info. I asked for my number and he gave it to me! How dangerous is that. He offered my address too! How is this allowed. Anyone can call and get just about anyone's information. So negligent!

When my office got flooded two months ago, my Siemens ultrasound machine was irrevocably damaged. After several weeks of researching different ultrasound brands, I made the decision to go with Mindray as I had been using it in the operating room for over a decade. Of note, the OR laptop ultrasound has been in use for over 10 years without any problems or need for repairs. Kirk was able to get me the model that I needed along with the accessories within a week of placing my order. He understood the needs of my practice and really delivered. He was quick to reply to all my calls and texts, often after regular business hours! What impressed me the most was that he didn't try selling me anything I didn't need. When I told him my old Sony printer survived the flood, he didn't push a newer model as he knew I had a budget. When I received the US and tried connecting it to the printer, the cables were not compatible (my printer is over 10 years old). I reached out to Kirk for guidance on how to buy a compatible cable. He told me he would take care of it. Within days, he found the cables I needed and FedEx'd them to me. Thanks to Kirk's diligence and commitment to his clients, I am a fully functioning breast surgeon once again. Thank you Kirk for your excellence and integrity. When I walked inside the front entrance door, there was a medical receptionist sitting at her desk. She asked me to fill out this 2 page intake paperwork and then return it back to her as soon as possible. There were about 6 women already in the lobby waiting room for their Mammogram appointments. Then finally my name was called by Karen this Mammogram Technician. Karen told me to walk towards their imaging room and then she told me I need to remove my tee shirt and my bra but I can wear this gown to cover up my chest area. Then Karen said to me to walk towards their imaging machine and she told me to press my chest against the wide plated area and to also take my hands and grab this 2 bars separately on each side. After I did these things, then Karen told me she is going to use this device to flatten my breast area but she didn't make it too tight and Karen was kind enough to ask me if I was feeling uncomfortable and if this plate she used to tighten up my breast area was too tight for me? I told Karen No and I am okay. I remember these 2 other Mammography places were I had taken a Mammogram from in my previous years were not very good like Kaiser and True Care. Karen told me that she has been working in the Radiology Imaging Department as a Mammogram Technician for 30 years and she enjoys encouraging women to take their annual Mammogram Test. I said I remember when my Mammograms used to be every 2 years. Because Last year, when I took my Mammogram Test from this True Care Mobile Van, my results turned up negative and with great results. Karen said the reason that doctors have changed this method to every year is because sometimes it shows up on the Mammogram Test that some of these women are diagnosed with Breast Cancer even though last year their test was fine. The medical receptionist also asked me for the phone number of my previous Mammogram Test in order for her to call at True Care and ask them to send my report and the CD over to their imaging department, so their doctor can compare the breast images from last year to this year to see if anything has changed. I said to Karen that is a good idea! Karen was very gentle with me during this Mammography Testing procedure. I thanked Karent for her kindness towards me their new patient. Karen said that she always wants their patient to feel comfortable and not in pain. Karen treated me with respect during the whole Mammogram Testing process. I had a really good experience here at this facility and I will definitely come back next year for my Mammogram Test.

They initially…read morescheduled the diagnostic mammo on September 29, I had to call several times just to get that appt. I kept calling to get any earlier appt. They were patting themselves on the back when they got me in on August 29. Still a month to wait. Next my biopsy was initially scheduled on Sept 26. I managed to get a Sept 18 appt. The tech commented on how quickly they got me in. The biopsy was absolutely horrid experience. They gave me a pamphlet to prepare me after the screening mammo. I have breast cancer. On Sept 24, when the surgeon's office called to schedule an appt is when I was informed of the diagnosis. I changed medical groups effective 10/1/24. I will never set foot in that facility again.
