I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.

As soon as you enter the business you are immediately greeted with a unique vibe. There are decorations all over the walls which makes sure you are never bored during the hair cut. Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I've recommended her to at least 4 of my male friends who also only see her to get their hair cut! My acrylics are extremely chunky and uneven and pointed to the left when i specifically asked to have them rounded out because I hate when they are pointed. Also very unsanitary. Garbage just thrown to the floor instead of picked up and thrown out and opened and used products everywhere.
