Not only did he cut the legs too short, but two obviously different lengths. The pants are unwearable and instead of at least offering some solution, (I'm a reasonable man) I was told that the only thing they would do is cut the longer leg to match the shorter. Zero accountability for poor tailoring on his part. I would never go back and will certainly tell my friends, family and neighbors to avoid this store as well. At least an attempt to remedy the situation would have been appreciated. Take your business elsewhere.

They do a great job of choosing lines from designers who match their business model and clientele, offer great service, and almost all of their clothes are suitable for traveling without requiring as much attention as my more high end garments from Canali often do. Very good price points and good location in a less touristy area of the beach. If you are looking for a stylish store (men and women) that won't break the bank, I highly recommend Sunset Clothing Company--and you will be supporting a locally owned, independent business.

DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

However, my visit to this specific storefront on March 24, 2026 around 12:30 PM was extremely disappointing and concerning. I came into the store with items I had already selected online and politely asked for assistance locating them. The first associate (with black bangs near the fitting rooms) was initially dismissive, stating she didn't know what I was referring to. After I showed her the item, she directed me to the correct area, and I was able to find my size. I then approached another associate at the front (with green in her hair) to ask about a lace two-piece set. She informed me it was only available online, which I understood. I asked if there were similar options since the dress I selected was sheer, and she recommended an alternative, which I appreciated. At checkout, after ringing up my items, I was told the store is cashless. I said I would step out to grab my card and be right back. I returned within moments (this can be verified on camera), but when I walked back in, the associate was already putting my items back. I said, "Excuse me, I just said I'd be right back," but she did not initially acknowledge me. When she did respond, she stated she didn't know if I meant later or another day. This could have been easily clarified with a simple question at the time. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she could not retrieve my items until she finished assisting another customer and putting items away. I said okay and stepped aside. However, she then raised her voice across the store, telling me to go retrieve the items myself -- in front of other customers. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I remained calm, but the tone, lack of communication, and escalation were uncomfortable and inappropriate for a retail environment. What was most concerning was the overall demeanor and the way I was addressed, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. As someone visiting from out of town, this was not the experience I expected from a brand I genuinely enjoy. I strongly recommend additional training in customer service, communication, and professionalism for this location. Clear communication about store policies (such as cashless payments and item holding) would also prevent situations like this. (Which helps with the image of rage baiting) Again, I want to emphasize that I support the brand but this experience does not reflect the standard I believe you intend to uphold.

Since we were at the Village at Gulfstream that has many trendy shops, we decided to check a few…read moreout. We stopped at Back 2 Back to see what they had to offer. They are a women's clothing store with moderately priced tops, sweaters, dresses, pants and accessories. There were sales on tops and sweaters but we don't really need sweaters in Miami. Their prices are average on the non-sale items. They carry various age group clothing so there is something for every girl and woman to choose from. We didn't find anything this trip but maybe next time. The sales staff was welcoming and helpful in answering questions. Parking was available out in the front of the store. It was free.
