When I started to write something (I won't call it a review) for Josefa, I wasn't ready. I wanted what I wrote to mean something and to reflect how I feel about the affect she's had on my life. So, I'll take a shot now, but I'm still not sure I can do her justice. Josefa is a truly gifted person. She not only had an almost immediate understanding of the person I was, but also a tremendous insight into 'why I was' and how I could be the person I wanted to be. It's interesting because I had visited a counselor on and off over many years, whom I thought was good. However, in just two coaching sessions with Josefa, I discovered things about myself that I had neither thought of nor discussed, previously. Over the course of working with Josefa for a few months, she helped me to better understand myself, which led to quite a change in the way I feel about myself and how I interact with the world around me.
