They fully gutted our backyard, leveled out, installed an extensive retaining wall, reinstalled the fence, installed new patio areas and stepping stones, and installed new sod. The guy cutting the lawn said he was concerned about the new grass even though the grass had been growing for almost 6 weeks by then. Then he recommended I fertilize the lawn to deal with weeds which didnt make sense. Weed killer or over seeding would have been a better solution.
