My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I had no idea who I would be booked prior to my arrival. Upon arrival the girl I was booked with a stylist who had a mandatory class session so I had to be switch with someone else. No issues here, just normal life and go with the flow. My new stylist was Miliani. She was super sweet and down to earth. She let me know her usual style and routine of hair & it wasn't a typical blonde. I didn't mind since everyone is still learning & getting the hang of what they like, don't like, and their talents are. I let her know that I wanted my hair full head of highlights and specifically light as you could go. I love how she let me know how badly damaged my hair was. She said likely because living in central Oregon is super dry and I am used to somewhere a little bit warmer & more humidity. She treated my hair with extra care and deep conditioning, moisturizer. (THE WORKS!) :) Although the process took awhile she absolutely did wonders on my hair. She took the time, care and precision to do her absolute best to make my hair healthy & beautiful again. I highly recommend Miliani to do anyone's hair & looking forward to booking with her again. If she isn't in school anymore I would definitely be willing to try any other female stylist there she recommends. Thank you again Miliani for making my hair & me look so beautiful again. PSA: for those of you who have never been it is a school. So the salon is set up as a school setting. The vibe is loud due to everyone conversing and not much privacy. The music when it was playing was okay and helped drown out background noise. Not really avoidable & making it more quaint because it's set up for learning purpose for students. So if you don't mind a little background noise of students trying to get signed off from their work & a loud speaking announcing then this place is for you. I don't mind any of the banter & chatter..it's all a part of the business. I think at the end of the day just focus on you & your stylist and you'll have a great experience like I did. :) I can't wait to go back!

Booked an appointment through Vagaro with Taneshia V., confirmed it through 2 emails and through…read morethe site. The confirmation gave the wrong salon so I arrived at Glow Salon which is where she formerly worked (they did not have too many nice things to say), the lady at Glow was very nice and informed me that Taneshia is no longer employed there and is now at Tramps so I called the number on my confirmation and Taneshia answered. She told me I was wrong and that she did not have any appointments. She then got very rude and informed me that her booking staff was for better words incompetent. No worries, I dodged a bullet there and walked right back into Glow where I will book with someone else. I won't be berated by someone that I am trying to establish a professional relationship with.
