I went to 3 other spots before finding this place. It's located next to an auto shop so it's easy to miss. All very beautiful and flowers are very fresh. They have options for mini balloons, bird, and butterfly attachments for the bouquet as well. The premade bouquet's are more on the pricier size, but it's well worth it. I was looking for something a bit cheaper and they told me the lowest bouquet is $20. Michelle helped me make a simple bouquet and she was able to put it together in 5 minutes. It turned out so beautiful! She was such a sweetheart! Thank you Michelle :) read more

Went to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary and the young lady that was there was really nice and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. I asked for fall colors arrangement and it looked perfect and my wife really loved it. Thanks again read more

I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after today's experience, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I scheduled a 9:00 AM pickup for funeral flowers. I will acknowledge that I arrived late at 9:28 AM; however, the shop was still closed. I called the listed number and spoke with someone named Carlos, who informed me that an employee would arrive shortly and that she should be there within five minutes. I was understanding at the time, especially since I was already running late. Unfortunately, by 9:45 AM no one had arrived. I became increasingly anxious, as I was on my way to my cousin's funeral in Sylmar and was coming from Westminster. Being forced to wait an additional 30 minutes was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. When I attempted to call Carlos again for an update, my calls were no longer being answered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no attempt at customer service or reconciliation despite the situation. I also paid $136 for the arrangement when I was initially quoted $125, which I did not mind at the time because I had previously enjoyed purchasing flowers here and had only positive experiences in the past. Today was different. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy resulted in me arriving late to my family's service. Given the nature of the occasion, this was especially upsetting. I am truly disappointed in how this situation was handled. read more

I want to personally say thank you to everyone for their hard work. This was a photo taken of my Mom for her birthday last year in December, of course I was running out of time and didn't know where to stop and low and behold I found this flower shop open. After a long day of work not knowing if they would be able to help me or not they were able to make me this beautiful set of flowers for my beautiful and lovely mother in no time. I'm making this review on May 10th, 2024 because today's Mexican Mother's Day. Running I to the same situation as last time, they're helping me again on one of their busiest days of the year. I can't wait to capture my mom's reaction and make yet another great review on one of my siblings Yelp review accounts because of the amazing staff and great help that they gave me to make my beautiful Mother happy. Special shoutout to Lily for helping me with everything, you have a lifelong customer! read more

I picked the watermelon punch bowl arrangement and the other arrangement was sent in its place. It is nowhere close to what I picked and a rip off because they skimmed on the amount of roses that are in the arrangement compared to the original picture. The whole point of the arrangement were the daisies and the roses and the final product didn't even have the daises and they charged me for them without even notifying me to ask if it was ok or if I wanted a replacement or a refund or anything. The flowers were for a coworker as a get well soon gift and they didn't even send them with a card that was pre written out online for them to write on the card to deliver to them. It came looking like a Valentine's Day arrangement. How do you advertise this as your product then produce that as your final result? I looked at reviews and photos of your weddings and venues and everything all I saw was beautiful arrangements that's why I picked Blooms. .. something must of went wrong. I will not be a returning customer. Please make it right for your future customers. read more

James was amazing. From his welcoming attitude to his creative floral design. I was so grateful to be greeted this way. I had been to two other local florist who were unwilling to create a personalized bouquet for me. It was a special occasion and the colors were unique. While James made the bouquet, we had a wonderful conversation that was so pleasant and refreshing. I highly recommend Bloom Floral Design. read more

I really love the way they arrange flowers based on their pics and I really wanted to give them a try. I ended up getting discouraged and not placing my order. After my first call, I was intrigue because the man on the phone was so friendly and nice. But after I sent pictures over text and he quoted me, he just stop replying. When I gave him a second call, he told me that he was on the phone with someone else and would call me back, but he never did. He never followed up with me. After multiple attempts of calling and texting him, I decided that I will not place an order with a place who lacks communication. read more

I ordered flowers for delivery and they were delivered a day late. I didn't receive any communication from the company letting me know that the flowers would not be delivered and I don't think they would have been delivered at all if I did not reach out to see why my friend did not receive the bouquet. The bouquet was beautiful, but I would be wary of using the delivery service if you want something delivered on time. read more

Great little shop! It's adorable and the flowers are gorgeous! She has a shop dog that is so sweet

I would post negative stars if I could. They have decent reviews on Google, so I submitted an online order this morning for same day flower delivery between 1pm and 2pm. Since the shop app never updated from "order received," I called the company no less than 5 times. They have three different phone numbers between the email confirmation, shop account, and their website. Two of the numbers are nonfunctional. I was not able to get ahold of calling them multiple times over a two hour period. I get that it's Valentines day, but you have to answer the phone! No response on their online chat function either. I will be initiating a chargeback. There are plenty of other florists in the area. Don't use this company. read more
