Angela is one of the better instructors I've had for sure, she has a great knowledge of using prop's to get into the proper alignment (which is the entire point of receiving the most benefit from your yoga practice if you ask me). The studio is beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of class offerings and pleasant chanting to start/center your practice. Definitely the most professional/best practice studio in town. Angela is warm and friendly - If you're new to yoga this is a great place to start to begin seeing real benefits in your body - there's never an age limit to starting yoga.

Kim is ALWAYS pushing me beyond what I think I can do. One of one training gives me the help I need to lose weight. The gym is always clean. I have also worked with Sheena and Stacey and both are excellent. I never liked working out, and although its still not my favorite, Kim has helped me in more ways than she will ever know.
