Not to mention they obviously take no time or care into the other products they put out, as I was short 20 envelopes.

I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!

This is what set him apart from other Fishbowl Consultants I've spoken with. Other Fishbowl consultants quickly asked you over the phone what you need, then they would quickly e-mail you their hourly rate before getting to you know your business needs. Lance is a true Fishbowl connoisseur. He is a previous Fishbowl employee so he knows the software forwards and backwards like no other. We are in the e-commerce space specifically WooCommerce and Amazon. We need help getting all of our channels to talk to Fishbowl and Quickbooks. Lance had the experience and people around him to help solve our issues. He even went out of his way to connect me with an accountant who specializes in Amazon and Fishbowl to implement best practices for our business. I highly recommend using Brandow Consulting for training if you are a current or prospective Fishbowl customer. He'll get your Fishbowl set-up working perfectly for your EXACT business. I don't recommend using any other companies for training and implementation, not even Fishbowl themselves. Fishbowl support was terrible for us. We ended up using Lance for a lot of our support related questions.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I was initially quoted $88 per hour to attempt service of papers. Based on that representation, I scheduled a one-hour service window at a specific time and location. I was explicitly told I could not schedule more than one hour. The investigators arrived several hours earlier than the scheduled time, did not find the individual, and remained on site for three hours despite having information that the individual would not be present after a certain point. I was not contacted to approve additional time. I was later billed for three hours at $125 per hour, despite never agreeing to that rate or to extended time beyond the one hour scheduled. There was no written agreement reflecting this higher rate or the additional hours. I contacted the company to dispute the charges, but the billing was not adjusted. What I expected to be an $88 charge became a $375 bill. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly if you need clear pricing, written confirmation of rates, or approval before additional charges are incurred.

Our District was celebrating its 50th anniversary. Our logo has served us well for all those years…read more But our logo looked dated. We hired Luke (or Logo Luke as we call him) to help us reinvent our image. He gave us six great logos to choose from. He even helped us envision them by putting them on a photo of a truck. Our new logo reflects our mission for the next 50 years. We were so pleased with his work that we have kept Luke busy with various other graphic projects since then. He has designed brochures for us and our customer agencies. We like that Luke is a local and understands our needs. His work is top notch.
