I expected to see the typical collection of machines with 3 or 4 of each. It's not like that. There are lots of machines, but most of them are unique. Once you sign up for a session, it's easy to see why it's like that. Most sessions are 1 on 1, so there's no need for them to have 4 of the same machine. As you work, your trainer is there watching and offering guidance and encouragement while making adjustments based on your level of work. If things seem too hard, they are ready to reduce weight or to increase them if you're having too easy a time. It's nice to know that they are paying attention to you and your workout. So far, I've had 4 sessions and each of them has been different, but they are well-planned and Alyson makes sure they are well-executed. It's nice to have someone to encourage you as you're working out and to help make adjustments. The 1-on-1 approach is great. I'm very happy that I chose AB Fitness Studio and I think you will be too.

We were told it's a not a smoothie place at all, despite pics of the create your own smoothie? The menu pic is what brought me here in the first place, disappointed. Also were told the juice bar was closed when we arrived, would have been nice if they had told us that while we were on our way. There was only a lemon, lemongrass and wheatgrass juice made from earlier. It was hard to convince us to get this juice over a much craved fruity smoothie. Need to get this place off the smoothie category and take the pics of their smoothie offerings.
