My friend and I came here to get tattoos on a Monday and everything was great at first, front desk staff was friendly and so were the piercers. My friend proceeds to get their tattoo first and I sit there waiting, I had a common cold and was coughing a bit because my throat was ticklish which is 100% completely normal and the artist asks me to go sit in the lobby which was fine, he then proceeds to tell my friend if I cough one more time i will get kicked out and not get tattooed because he is soo paranoid about getting the corona virus. Wouldn't recommend this place, some of the staff has major attitude. read more

On Saturday I had an appointment, I show up and tell the girl at the desk and all she says is "he's not here.." after she went back another artist comes out and tells me that he no longer works there.. I'm now down $50 deposit, which the artist said he'd return later this months. And tattoo-less. A few years back I had tried making an appointment with the other artist and he also couldn't communicate with me, and that appointment never happened. Moscow has more tattoo shops that do care about their client and can communicate with them appropriately. read more

I tried getting a tattoo here and they put me on a waiting list which is fine but... They told me they would be able to do the tattoo that day then they canceled moved it to the next day canceled and moved it to the next day and texted me on a Sunday morning at 10 AM telling me if I didn't respond in the next 5 to 10 minutes that they were moving on. I responded just about an hour later and they said that they filled up all the slots for today and weren't able to do it. I don't know if they don't want money but I am extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they were. read more

I got my nipples pierced here my freshman year of college. I was looking to give myself some confidence. I called ahead of time to confirm there was someone who can help me. The head guy asked if I wanted a guy or woman piercer (for my comfort level)! It wasn't painless LOL but def quick. She explained the process to me, what she was going along the way, proper after care, and overall it was a great first time experience! I have only gotten my nose pierced once before and this was definitely such a great place to come to! I was comfortable, it was clean, the inside of the place is crazy cool. Just want to start out by saying everyone in this is shop is usually nice and generally knowledgeable. So I had came in here during October during to get my nose pierced. At the time, I thought she did a great job. I did the recommended aftercare and it healed up fine.. Or so I thought. Fast forward to the end of February, I took the piercing stud out and tried to put in a hoop. I couldn't get it in so went back to the shop the next afternoon. Turns out the original piercer pierced my nose crooked (at an angle) and in order to fit in any other accessory, I would have to let the piercing heal then come back. They guaranteed that when I returned that I either get my nose pierced for FREE or another piercing of equal or lesser value for FREE. (I should have got this in writing). Well I came back in yesterday and they refused to honor what had previously been said. The guy piercer said he couldn't honor it because he wasn't the "original piercer" even though it was him that said next piercing was on the house. I was already at the piercing point so I pretty much had to pay $45 out of my own pocket just because they lied to me. Well won't be doing my business with them anymore. read more
