I had high hopes after my first interaction with this company. The receptionist was friendly, responsive, and acknowledged that my request was very last-minute. She said she'd check with her manager to see if the order could still be fulfilled. That same evening, the manager confirmed it was doable. He only had one question--was the surface flat enough to set up on? I immediately sent a photo of the site, and he gave the green light. During that call, I offered to make payment right then to lock things in. He told me not to worry about it and said we'd handle the quote and payment the following day. I appreciated the trust and responsiveness, and everything felt like it was on track. The next day, I received the quote. I didn't respond immediately--not out of neglect, but because I was confirming one last technical detail on my end: whether we would need a generator. I called back the following day (less than 24 hours later), ready to book, only to be told the quote had expired and the item was no longer available. At no point was I told the quote was time-sensitive or that the availability could change without warning. I never received a follow-up, a courtesy call, or even an email indicating there was a deadline. Considering I had already expressed clear intent to move forward--and was told not to pay right away--it felt abrupt and confusing to have the rug pulled out from under me. When I called to express my confusion, the manager hung up on me. When I called back, he told me it wasn't his job to follow up with clients. Technically, he's right--it's not required. But from a human and customer service perspective, it felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after such a positive start. I'm not writing this to bash the company. I'm writing this to help future clients understand the importance of asking key questions early on: How long is my quote valid? Is the item being held, or can it be booked by someone else? What's your policy on last-minute communication? The company may be good at what they do. But in my case, the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and poor handling of what could've been a simple confirmation left a bad taste. This was a rare opportunity to deliver outstanding customer care--and it was mishandled. That said, after I left my original review, Mike, the manager, personally reached out to me. He took ownership of the missteps on both sides, including my own for not confirming more quickly or asking the right questions. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism in that moment. He even re-offered the service--even though by then I had booked with someone else. In hindsight, this was a very last-minute request, and the team did everything they could under the circumstances. There were communication gaps, yes--but Mike made a sincere effort to follow up, make things right, and move forward with integrity. That says a lot about his character and the values of the business. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars--not because everything was perfect, but because I respect that they made the effort to make it right. I want this company to do well, and I believe they will continue to improve if they handle future clients the way Mike handled our follow-up. No bad karma--just growth, and hopefully lessons learned on both sides. read more

I would not recommend using this business. Here is my experience: The set up staff came and was very friendly. During set up, they realized the inflatable was not fully inflating. After pushing up the top, they got it to resemble a bouncehouse and said they got it working. Ok great! After having my kids jump, we realized that it still was not full and immediately called. They came back quickly and added a second blower. The second blower had to be attached to a separate outlet, which I had to run through my house (not ideal, but ok fine). The second blower hardly worked, however and the delivery/set up team admitted it was faulty and "one of their old ones". The word "shotty" was used. I called Brent who seemed not to believe me. He said it was "fine" and would be safe to bounce on. After feeling completely ripped off, I asked for some sort of remedy - perhaps a swap out... he said he couldn't help. I suggested some sort of discount (I believe we paid close to $500) - not a suggestion he offered. He suggested $100 off, which is still very unfair. I've called, he has not followed up for this reimbursement. Definitely not a customer-first mentality in this small business. Bad business practices, poor products. We had a large family gathering and rented the 17-foot Big Kahuna Waterslide and a separate bounce house with a basketball hoop inside and a little obstacle course and slide on it. We had such a great time! The drivers setup and picked up exactly when they said they would. The equipment was reasonably priced and held up perfectly. It looked clean, smelled clean, stayed totally inflated and was bounced on for maybe ten straight hours with several people aged two to sixty playing on both inflatables. Brett's also setup a canopy tent, tables and chairs. Everything was clean and in great shape. We will rent from them again at our next family gathering. read more

I would advise against using Brent's inflatables. We were having a theme party for our 5 year old which was very important to him. We called around 2 months in advance to find someone with an Avengers bounce house. There were cheaper places closer to us but Brent's had what we needed so we agreed to pay $100 travel fee and extra $50 for the Avengers banner. We checked in advance and confirmed the reservation the week before. Then when the bounce house was delivered only 30 min before our 12 pm party, they had forgotten the banner! No apologies. The manager said it was too late for them to return to pick up the banner as they had other deliveries to make. We have rented bounce houses from local places the previous 3 years, and they always delivered early morning 7-8 am and didn't pick it up until the next day. Brent's came to pick up the bounce house after just 6 hours while my younger son was still playing! We barely got his toys out in time. I was completely shocked. We paid extra for a special feature we did not receive and then had two sad kids watch it get pulled away before they barely had a chance to enjoy it. I will not rent from here again. read more

We were extremely disappointed in this company. Arrived late, didn't have all the equipment needed to set it up. Couldn't get someone else there with the missing equipment for several hours. The next kid showed up an hour and 15 minutes after they said he would. He came without the extension cord needed and the blower he brought had frayed wires. He set up anyway and it started on fire. So, we had to have the first guys come back with a different blower an hour after that. Didn't get the bouncy house set up until well after the time we had started paying for it. HOURS after. Had to tell people to come later to the party because it wasn't set up. Meanwhile, none of the guys who had come apologized, rather they complained about everything they had to do that day. All day we tried calling the company, but no one answered, even after having called the "emergency number" they have listed on their voicemail. The Monday after we got in contact with the company FINALLY and they offered to give our $100 deposit back. We had paid $475 for this rental. We said that would not be enough. They said they could probably return our entire payment. From that point on, we never received a call back, we never received a credit on our credit card. For weeks they ignored us, so we disputed it with the credit card company. Do not book with this company. There are many other options! read more

I reserved a bounce house and paid the $100 deposit. A few days later our plans changed and I had to cancel. Although our reservation was for more than 10 days out, they would not return the deposit! What a terrible business practice. If you rent from here, be sure your plans are IRON CLAD or you will be out $100. read more

Terrible customer service and when they screw up you will have to pay for their mistake! Not only did I pay $450.00 for a total of about 25 minutes use because of their mistake, they didn't even have the courtesy to call or offer up some type of resolution. My contract was for 12:00 a 8:00, they called the day before and said they would be at my house at 9:00 the next morning, 11:30 came and I called them with the person answering the phone telling me they were running behind but not that far behind, so he had the driver call me. Driver said sorry we got held up in the shop and are running late but will be at your house by 1:00 ( reminder contract was from 12:00-8:00) so already late. 1:00 came and went without a delivery or a phone call, finally at around 1:45 they arrived and after setting up it was now 2:00, again contract was for 12:00-8:00'they told me I could keep the unit an additional 2 hours because they were late, I told them that I was not interested because the young children that I rented the unit for would not be up until 10:00 at night and they said that they would be back to pick it up at 8:00 then and that the owner would contact me to discuss pricing adjustments, that never occurred ( they arrived around 10:00 for pickup). As they drove away from my house after setting the unit up it started to rain and continued to do so for most of the rest of the day which is why the kids only got to play for about 25 minutes, the water was cold and the temperature was dropping. If they would have arrived at the time indicated on the contract, the kids could have played on the unit for hours not minutes. Got my final invoice today via email and have still not heard from anyone at the company. The bottom line was, that not only did I get stuck with a bunch of disappointed kids and still have to pay a ridiculous price for something that they screwed up on, nobody at the company seems to care as long as they got their money. Zero customer service! My credit card company will be getting a call to dispute the charges. read more
