And when I walked in and saw the piles of Turkish carpets sitting around, I knew. We had found the place. The owner is very friendly and helpful (and also an excellent salesperson, so don't say I didn't warn you!). In addition to the gorgeous carpets he has lovely lamps, dishes and jewelry, all Turkish style. As I said we walked all over Amsterdam and Haarlem and did not find another shop like this. If you're looking for something a bit different for yourself or as a present, have a look.
