I'm so accustomed to waiting 2 hours to be seen and have my taxes done, but this time even with my interest income, student loan interest payments, moving expenses, NY state and Iowa State filing, she did out married filing jointly taxes in about 20-30 minutes. The fee is really reasonably considering the complexity, accuracy, and timeliness. I recommend calling in advance and scheduling an appointment to meet with her to prepare your taxes. Ann herself is really nice, welcoming and I highly recommend her. She is fully licensed CPA and professional. I'm always on the look out for a great tax preparer and avoid the big chains whenever possible because those types tend to hire seasonal tax preparers who don't have CPA licenses.

When I call to follow up they typically didn't answer the phone but when they did my accountant didn't call me back. I have left messages and emails with the accountant and the firm. Zero response. Last week I finally got through and they put me on hold. Almost immediately the call was dropped and never did get a call back. At this point it kind of feels like shame on me for being this patient. I went into the office today to tell them to forget about it and I will be going elsewhere.
