They have mis-hired and turned over more staff than a Wall Street boiler room operation, they cover their mistakes by telling you they make assumptions that you're doing everything they tell you to do (even when you've explicitly told them you're not exercising that option), and they have a unique ability to turn refunds into balances due that are five times greater. Oh, and if that's not enough to tout you off, their latest addition to staff thinks a client (who he's never worked with before) is his "buddy" that wants to hear about how hard "I'm working" and yet takes more time to respond to inquiries than it takes to melt a steel beam over an open camp fire.
