As soon as we got home we noticed one of the pieces was defective. Next day, we walked in asking him if we could exchange that piece for the same one. As we're walking out my bf notices there are cracks on the new one he just gave us. We showed the same clerk, only expecting to just pick out another, instead he lets us take that one home PLUS another one, on him; on the house. The cracks on the new one are so minute that it shouldn't affect the piece from working properly however we were in awe to get another piece on the house. He was very friendly, and by far met our expectations. This will be our new smoke shop from here on out. Definitely recommend!
