There was a look book that I got to select from and I chose the beach wave with additional volume near the crown of my head. I was happy with the results and I got compliments at the wedding! So happy I added the anti frizz applied action bc my hair really looked fabulous even in this humid weather! During the wash, she even put conditioner on my scalp and rubbed it in which I've never had done before and didn't feel right at all. The biggest issue though was the styling. I kept asking for volume the entire time, and my hair still came out super flat. Like completely flat, no body at all which is the opposite of what I asked for. I had a really important event to go to right after, so this was honestly disappointing. I trusted that I was going to leave with my hair done properly, and instead it looked like something I could've done myself at home. On top of that, the pricing did not match the results at all and for the quality I received, it just wasn't worth it. I have thick, coarse hair -- and the products they used made it worse, not better. When I finally left, my hair looked dull, dry, and broken at the ends. It was not shiny. It was not smooth. It definitely did not look like I had just paid for a professional blowout. Honestly, it looked like it needed to be washed again.
