I had a custom facial with Katie and she was beyond professional, patient, and kind! My skin was GLOWING afterward. Katie had been working with me virtually since April of 2020 and was very helpful at getting my skin on track in preparation for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon. You can tell that the team at Premier is passionate about helping their customers achieve their goals. I would HIGHLY recommend Katie for all of your skin and lash needs, and encourage anyone to visit Premier Spa of Murray!

This response does not reflect my experience. No one attempted to work with me toward a resolution…read more I was dismissed as a client after my very first appointment. I had never had sugaring done before and was assigned to someone who took nearly two hours to complete the service. I was not uncomfortable with her--she appeared uncomfortable and lacked confidence performing the procedure. In my opinion, she should not have been assigned an advanced service she did not appear prepared to perform. I raised legitimate concerns about my first experience. Rather than those concerns being addressed, I was told not to return.

The nail technician was so sweet and very good. However, my husband had gone into Magnolia House…read moreand purchased a substantial gift certificate for my birthday FROM Magnolia House ON a Magnolia House card. The card also had a nail technician's name on it. She left Magnolia House a few weeks after the gift certificate was purchased. Not my problem! So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone. NOT a good way to treat your customers!!! Bad business ethics!!!

Update: I ended up calling and getting in to get my cut fixed. It was uneven (a full inch longer on…read moreone side) and ended up missing a large chunk out of the back. The previous stylist obviously did not know what she was going. Leila was amazing, talked through what she was doing and did her best to fix it. Obviously she couldn't make the chunks grow back but she did her best to minimize the missing hair. I left much happier and booked a follow up specifically with her. Ok cut, not great though, and good brow wax but not a great experience. The stylist I saw refused to face me to the mirror. Every time I tried to turn towards the mirror she turned me to the wall. If I'd been seeing her for years that may have been ok but not ok for a first visit. She also told me to turn my head versus using the chair or moving herself. I get looking down but I've never had someone have me turn my head left to right. Not sure I'll be back :(
