Subsequently the dye did not work. I brought it back and asked to trade it for my brand. I got 1 that I use 1 a little lighter shad and 1 for my daughter. Same price as the ION. I went to the counter and the lady told me that since the promotion is over, I lose the free on. Remember 5 minutes I could just replace what I had bought. Now it would cost me 13.00 dollars more to get what I originally wanted. So I ended putting one back and having to get 2 and pay $2.85 more. Then I called customer service and got an guy in India to help me. So he comes on the line and say the Blonde manager got on the phone and said the promotion is over so basically, " i lose ". The as I'm watching her through the front window, she hangs up the phone ducks down as she exits the front door so no one could see her. She runs to Sammies Sandwiches gets food and runs back. Must have been the extra $12 the burned me for.. dude from India got back on the phone and said sorry and hung up... So be careful when you buy their crappie products because they basically don't stand behind them...
