She then takes my phone downstairs and never comes back with it. After my hair is conditioned and blowed. I had to get up and ask her for my phone and she acted clueless and told me to call it and she would go down stairs and find it. She comes back with my phone. I wait about 25 mins for a braider and she ask to see the photo 2 times and then shows me the first braid which is clearly significantly smaller than the photo but at this point I just want my hair done and to go home. I ask her to do the braids a lil thicker after the first one and she does. She gets to the second braid on the second roll and the owner comes and ask me if the braids are okay. I take a photo. And say the bottom is okay but the second roll is way too thick and she starts to laugh. And say they look the same. I show her the photo and she just cuts them out and makes the braider start again. I got there at 5:15 and was done around 11pm. The owner ask about taking a photo and I respectfully decline. I was so ready to get out of there I didn't even look past the front of my hair. The next morning I get up and take my bonnet off. I pull all the braids to the front and realize half of them are fizzed where my hair is. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I'll never go back.

It says 25 depending on length. once I get there the price changed to $40 with an added $3 for bobby pins.no curlers. Just Bobby pins. Relaxer was definitely added in the shampoo or they just decided to add it to my hair to make it easier for them. I had to tell her to add heat protector to which she replied that she was adding at the end( maybe our heat protectors work differently). I was asking for curlers and was refused because she thought my hair wasn't long enough and that the brush would be enough for the look. then when she realized it was long enough... after stretching it out (they should know what shrinkage is). It was towards the end and she just wanted me out the chair so she still refused.
