I was excited to finally have my eyebrows and eyeliner done! My first impression of the lounge was of an instant air of relaxation. The shop is comfortable and welcoming. The office manager was friendly and warm and professional. I was greeted and introduced to Natalie right away. Natalie was as lovely as her office manager both inside and out. She has all the characteristics of the perfect bedside manner; patience, caring and knowledgeable. It was clear that Natalie is an expert and stays current and relevant in her craft. Natalie's work area was sterile yet very relaxing. During the procedure, she constantly communicated with me re: pain level and the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever and the procedure was not as long as I had anticipated. I am so happy with the results already and am looking forward to the finished product. Abbie did a volume set of lashes on me. The first day they looked BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately my lashes didn't last longer than one full week. Due to a bug going around she had to cancel my appointment that was exactly one week since the application. I unfortunately have maybe 6 lashes on each eye now it being 4/21. I'm super disappointed with the lasting effect of my lashes. Running a hair salon I know how important it is to please clients and meeting half way is a given. I followed up with her right away because I enjoyed her as a technician unfortunately she couldn't manage to schedule me for this week.
