Total rushed job, The cheapest doors and window ive ever seen, The seals were so thin that they were already split, The doors have leaked since being fitted and the handles were ready to drop off after a few months. This probably explains the measly 6 month guarantee for the locks and handles. Honestly, who gives a 6 month guarantee!! Says a lot about the quality! The internal finish is disgusting. Bad fitting joints, badly scratched trim and excessive use of fillers to hide the shabby workmanship. The outside was even worse. Again, badly cut and fitted trim, patched up with silicone. Sealer which didnt actually seal anything as there was no bond. Damaged brick work around door where he had prized the old wooden frame out with a crowbar,a badly cracked stone window ledge and managed to knock off all the decorative stonework from around my arched window. He stuck it back on though with his magic glue! All this and not so much as an apology or a small discount from the £1700 bill for the repairs he left me to do! Avoid this company at all costs! I should have gone back to Centurion windows who fitted my other windows the year before. Top lads, Top quality job and quality windows. Pricewise... Pretty much the same!

Hired these guys to do a garden makeover. Basically lay stone paving and build some brickwork…read moreplanters. It is a disaster, there is no other way of putting it. The stone slabs have been poorly laid, doesn't drain properly and collects water in large puddles. The pointing on the stone is dreadful, the stone stained with cement. Drains that were laid specifically to collect water off the stone are useless. The whole job took over a month to complete, with guys not turning up, or if they did only for a hour on some days. The finish looks shabby, there is no attention to detail, no care, very little professionalism. The work cost £2000 over the original quote, and is going to cost me at least £2000 to put put right. East Coast Builders will never work on my property again.
