I can cover that up to conceal the worst of it, but were never informed of it.) 3rd thing: While cleaning the grout, some of the grout was blown out and we were told someone will be in touch real soon to take care of patching the grout. I never heard anything back from them, but after about 2 months I thought I would look at their flooring for an entire small home and reminded them of the repairs which need done. They said they did find it on file and will take care of it. It is now at 2 additional months and have not heard anything from the store to try and rectify the problem. Nice enough personnel, but terrible service . Respectfully, Dennis B.

We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

Adair's has an extensive selection of flooring products; more than that, they have excellent and knowledgeable staff who offer the best in personal service. In addition, their installation is superior to any other company we have used. If you are weighing cost with value, I assure you that in the long run Adair's wins out on both counts. Here is a WARNING about hardwood flooring installation by NOT SO GOOD QUALITY FLOORS…read more We had hard wood flooring completed in the hallways, kitchen and dinning room. This was 4 years ago and the hardwood floor that they installed still squeaks to this day. As of today I had to re-nail 20 boards that squeaked. It doesn't matter if it is spring, summer, fall or winter the floor squeaks. We had the management team out to our house a couple of times to see what the problem was. They thought and I repeat thought it would be an easy fix. Thank goodness my wife and I covered the area they were working with plastic. Never expect a company to think that they will not make a mess. Quality Floors got 5 stars for the mess they made. The second time we called about the same problem the manager told us Quality Floors spent enough time at my address. If you people go to this store for hardwood flooring please consider another source because this company doesn't care about QUALITY and to think that's the first name of their company. If you decide to use this company please print this out and ask them about their installation. Do they let the wood acclimate to the house as it is recommended. Here is a company that will take your money and doesn't care about you and the problems you will have later. Please rethink your hardwood flooring company before you drop a lot of money. Jim B
