She also guided us on replacing furniture pieces that were out of scale for our rooms, which made a huge difference in how the space felt. One thing we really appreciated was how she worked with us: she sent Pinterest boards with curated suggestions for rugs, furniture, and accessories, which let us shop and pick out what we loved within her design direction. Whenever I found something on my own, I could send it to her and she'd let me know if it fit the style we were going for. That collaborative approach made the whole process feel personal rather than having someone just dictate a design to us. She was also hands-on when we needed it, helping with installs like placing a rug underneath the primary king sized bed. We couldn't figure out how to hang pictures in the foyer and she sent a drawing to help us with it. Greg finished the job and was supposed to come back and finish a few parts of the job that his team didn't do correctly (loose decking, broken fence post, incorrect light fixtures). However he just vanished and stopped responding to all my texts and emails. I hope everything is ok and it is sad if they actually did go out of business, but the way greg handled this was cowardly and highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed and feel that he took advantage of us.
