Being in close proximity to Horseshoe Bend, we weren't the only ones with that idea! There were at least 30 overnighters in RVs, vans, station wagons, etc. (Note: many Walmarts allow guests to stay overnight in their parking lots but you should always check with the manager as local ordinances and local Walmart policy may prevent this). Our overnight experience was great! The parking lot was huge (and the RVs parked around the outside perimeter). well-lit, safe, and relatively quiet. We felt like we were part of a community of travelers looking out for each other. The best part though was having the Walmart right there. We were able to pick up fresh food for both dinner and breakfast. and all of the miscellaneous items that were on our shopping list. We ended up going into the store at least three times to purchase items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The aisles were well-stocked. The store was clean and well-organized. Thank you, Walmart!

Such a robust, tart cherry flavor. My husband preferred the mixed berry because of the crumb topping, and he's not wrong about how good that topping is. The store also sells fun jams, jellies, books, trinkets, handmade items and if you arrive very early, cinnamon rolls. They are HUGE rolls. The pies are smaller sized, but not skimpy at all.
