Before leaving, I quickly checked our burgers to make sure the order was correct (something any reasonable customer does before driving off). She confronted me with, "What are you doing?" I explained I was just checking the food, and she responded, "Well, that's rude." At that point, I was genuinely upset and told her I had never been treated this way before. Her response? A dismissive, "Bye-bye, honey. Goodbye." Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. The only redeeming part of the experience was the man working the grill--he was kind and respectful. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for everything else. To top it off, the cheeseburgers are overpriced, and honestly, you'd get better quality and service at McDonald's. We won't be back.
