L'ambiance s'est aussi fortement dégradée, avec des bagarres qui ont éclaté à plusieurs reprises, rendant le lieu peu sûr et désagréable. À cela s'ajoutent des erreurs de facturation fréquentes, avec des additions mal calculées qui ont même nécessité l'intervention de la police à certaines occasions. Le personnel, manifestement non formé, mélangeait les commandes et les factures, créant un véritable chaos. Ce qui était autrefois un endroit convivial avec une cuisine généreuse est devenu une adresse à éviter. Dommage, car cet établissement avait un vrai potentiel avant que des décisions purement économiques et une gestion catastrophique ne fassent fuir la clientèle fidèle.

Compared to the surroundings in this area prices are really fair. 14€ for a Mojito is still a lot, but this is Paris. Staff is super friendly and you have a terrific view over the city, with the Eiffel Tower being right in the middle! Paris is not really known for making great Cocktails, but the Mojito we had here, was really fresh and tasted great! I would recommend to come here for a drink after dinner, as they only serve snacks (mainly Charcuterie and Cheeses).

My trip immediately began rocky when as I arrived here from CDG I left my wallet either on the top of the taxi or dropped in front of the hotel. The staff here attempted to assist me, allowed me to call my banks to cancel my cards and tried to reach out to the cab company. The one troublesome thing I found was I asked them could I see the footage of the camera to see who picked up my wallet and they told me they couldn't. I was told that I would need to go to the police station and get their authorization to allow the staff to view the video-- that makes absolutely no sense! The hotel staff was very helpful. I needed to make two reservations that the website was totally in French and they took the time to help me out, which I appreciated. The room itself was decent but it was extremely warm and made it difficult to sleep. The one pillow provided was terrible and it didn't allow for much comfortable. The sofa bed was fine for my daughter but don't believe it's suitable for an adult as their is a bar in the middle of the bed. Overall, I had a pretty decent stay here and appreciated the assistance that was provided. The hotel is a short distance from the Westfield mall and La Defense train station.
