They were able to take my baby quickly while I waited in the parking lot (my choice). They started while I was still chatting with them to see how she'd do and while she was afraid, they took such good and gentle care of her. They did exactly what I had hoped as far as leaving her shaggy while paying attention to the important grooming areas. I can now tell she has eyes! And a week later, she still looks blown out.
