The Experience We planned ahead and made online reservations (highly recommended), especially when you're traveling that far. We arrived about 30 minutes early, checked in, and spent some time browsing the retail shop. It's well-stocked with plenty of Pioneer Woman flair--fun to look around, even if nothing made it into our cart this time. We were seated right on schedule, and our server, Tatyana, set the tone immediately--friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. The Food Let's start with the surprise... Biscuits with butter & peach jam -- I'll be honest, I'm not usually a biscuit guy, but these were soft, warm, and downright addictive. Chicken Fried Steak -- This is what you come for. Crispy coating, tender inside, and covered in a rich, peppery gravy that hits all the right notes. Classic comfort food done right. Ribeye Steak -- Well-seasoned and cooked properly. My wife originally wanted a loaded baked potato (they were out), so she pivoted to loaded mashed potatoes--which turned out to be a solid backup plan. Side Salads -- Fresh, simple, and a good balance to the heavier entrees. Don't Skip the Bakery (Upstairs!)
