I have seen Natasha more (Ciara just joined the team recently), but my experience with Ciara was lovely and I appreciated that she shifted my appointment at the last minute-- thank you, Ciara! Natasha knows what the heck she is doing. Talk to her about the look you are going for, and she can help guide you. She is a lot of fun to talk to, and she's very helpful when you're deciding which service to go for. She'll help you find something that's a good fit for your lashes and your lifestyle. Keep in mind that extensions are not for everyone; they do shed, so it's a good idea to get them done as close to your event as possible. I often prefer to get the lash lift and tint because it looks great and is far easier to care for. I have been doing lash extensions in advance of my wedding, and I have really liked the look but I think for maintenance reasons I'll go back to the lift and tint. Can't wait to try some of their other services! Natasha & company have earned my customer loyalty for sure. :)

I've been here twice so far and been very pleased both times. She is great at talking throughout the service so it isn't uncomfortable at all. She is also incredibly quick while not feeling rushed. I'm always out within 30 minutes of arrival. The last time I went I was 9 months pregnant. She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. Bottom line: Kelly provides excellent, quality service with compassion and understanding.

I have been considering doing this for quite some time and was cautious- I canceled with one spa I consulted because the clinician seemed inexperienced and unsure. When I went downstairs to pay, my bill was $220+$40 tip as expected. I had a gift card of $100, but the young lady at the front desk told me it was expired. I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn't been 7 years...I guess that's not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. Money wasted. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to Madison Esthetique, and I won't be recommending them. Thank you. Laura
