This review is long overdue!! I first went to Blend Beauty Lounge in October 2023. Prior to this, I haven't been to a salon or have even seen a hairstylist for many years. I've had my hair naturally dark brown (practically black) for over a decade. I wanted a change and did some research and realized this salon specialized in coloring. I wanted to change the color to my hair and had something very specific in mind. They scheduled my appointment with Melissa. When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by a young lady with a welcoming smile, which happened to be Melissa. The first thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the place. Loved the farmhouse style decor too. Their bathroom is clean and cute. They have water and coffee available to all. They also have a very cute and cozy lounge area with a couch. I told Melissa about what I would've hoped to achieve and showed her a picture. She seemed confident that she could give me those results, as inside secretly panicked. Long story short, she achieved the results I've been wanting!!! She is a perfectionist and will have you leaving the salon feeling so beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SEE MELISSA!! ever since then, I have continued to go back to Melissa for different services. She did my Brazilian blowout (which I was so obsessed with). And as of recently, I got extensions installed by her. I swear she's heaven sent! Not only is she a color specialist, but Melissa can practically do it all! I refuse to see anyone else or go elsewhere. I now go every 2 weeks to have her blow dry my hair and it's the best experience ever!! My hair has never looked so healthy and well kept. read more

So I came here & did my hair with miss Ashlee! I love loveeeee how my hair came out. I had an appointment at 12:30-4:30, Ashlee was efficient with time and the whole process was super fun! I'm usually picky with my hair but I feel like Ashlee really listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it done and I'm just so glad I found her. She's seriously the best! She rents a booth at this location and my whole hair was less than $200! Definitely consult with Ashlee about prices and what you like! She also does make-up which is a plus! First thing, this place is filled with friendly stylists whether they are your stylist or not. Cute waiting area with a coffee machine and snacks. They even have a rack with jewelry and clothing items for sale. Alright, on to the best part, my stylist Joenia. This woman works magic on my hair. I am a Latina with dark curly hair, and the very first time I sat in her chair I was going from shoulder length hair to an asymmetrical pixie. I threw myself into her trust blindly since she had never worked on my hair before so I really didn't know what I was going to walk out of there with. Let me tell you, I was extremely pleased with the results. She knows how to curly hair and she gave me such a beautiful cut and color which I fell in love with immediately. From that moment on she has handled my hair and it has now been over a year since I've been sitting in her seat almost every other month. Her services are impeccable. She always checks in with you to make sure you leave her seat with exactly the result you are looking for. Be warned, she's so good she's usually booked way in advance. I almost regret writing this review because now I may have to try harder to get booked. Lol. read more

I randomly was in the area and wanted a hair cut, so I walked in and they were able to accommodate me quickly. A wash and cut was only $35, so I was excited about the affordable pricing! The interior is very cute-there's a sitting area with couches, water, tea, and coffee. Everything is very clean, bright, and fresh. The girl that cut my hair was super sweet and friendly. I had read reviews that the owner had come over from Aveda with some of her best co-workers. I just got a trim but she did a great job. They have wine which is always a bonus. Very friendly staff, great service, cute ambiance, and affordable prices. I will definitely make the trip back for an affordable and professional cut! read more

I am here on vacation and I came in originally for microblading my eyebrows with @pmubynikki she is amazing!! The moment i walked in I was welcomed by such warm happy laid back vibes. I saw right away that this is a very hip one stop shop and I started eyeing all the clients in the chairs getting their hair done all of them looked so nice! I had to inquire. I was immediately set up for the next day as i was set up with a stylist Leanne who made sure to text me and establish a great connection to me as her client making sure she understood my exact goals for the appointment. When i arrived Leanne greeted me as if she knew me forever, truly made my whole experience sooo chill. She helped me color match my roots to the rest of my hair and she aced it better than I thought I could find out here! She gave extra care and love to my micro-link extensions. It truly felt like I just spent a day with an old girlfriend! Cutest place. I honestly was shocked to hear how affordable it was as well. Super fair prices and such good work. I've been going to a wonderful hair salon for several years but it's 45 minutes away. Because of Covid I decided to find another hair salon closer to me. Like the story of the three bears: I couldn't find the right fit: until I went to Blend. The salon is welcoming and professional. I waited a few weeks after getting my hair done here to do a review to make sure I was truly as unhappy with my hair as I was walking out of the salon. I still HATE my hair. The salon itself is cute. I do not know the name of the person that did my hair, but I know it was not Denise. I told the 'stylist' that I wanted natural and NOT white. But somehow, I walked out a platinum blond. They tried to apply a treatment to tone it down, but after one wash I was back to white. My husband (who never notices when I get my hair colored) commented on how blond they made my hair and said 'your roots are more noticeable than before you went'... I did not know the word 'roots' were even in his vocabulary. Very disappointed. read more

Denise does an amazing job! She color corrected my hair 3 years ago and I have been going to her ever since. I have major trust issues with my hair after a horrible experience at a different salon.
