So I just recently moved from Peoria over to this side of town so of course I didn't really know anything over here. Well luckily my friend had told me about the amazing service she had gotten here at Blaze towing since with my luck on my way to an appointment my car had broken down. So of coarse they were the first people I thought of to call and with my surprise they were so incredibly quick and helpful with everything. When we all know calling a tow truck is just not something any of us want to do, because most places have you waiting all day. Thank god for Marco the driver who got to me a lot sooner than I would have imagined. He was just absolutely wonderful and the service he provided was outstanding. Had an unfortunate situation on Wednesday evening, had just gotten off work and on my way home my car overheated. I called a mechanic, he came and assessed the situation said he couldn't fix it on the spot and I had to take it to his shop. I googled a towing company and Blaze Towing came up I was beyond frustrated with the situation but the person on the line didn't seem bothered by my anger. About 30 minutes later Chris showed up and started getting to work. He told me step by step what he was doing and told me not to worry, that these things happened ALL the time. Im glad there are people like Chris that understand peoples frustrations and don't take it personal. I had very bad day, to make matters worse my car was stuck on the side of a exit on a freeway. However, it turned into a very good Customer service experience with this towing company. Just got back home after today's headaches, luckily for me Chris the driver for Blaze towing made our day so much easier. Car over heated and broke down heading down Dobson road. I looked for close by towing and saw Blaze Towing. They came right away and towed us to the closest Buick dealership and even offered us a ride home if it wasnt fixed right away. We ended up staying at the dealership to wait for them to fix my car, but I appreciated Chris's willingness to help and going the extra mile(literally). Quick and reliable service. My car needed towed from the side of the freeway after a blowout. (Yea I know I should have had a spare) Friend recommended Blaze so thought I'd call.
