He showed up on time and very professionally inspected the project, providing me with a plan to move forward. He was patient with the progress since other things needed to get done first before he could finish up his part. He came back multiple times to accommodate other subcontractors and always showed up on time. He is courteous and very easy to work with, and his price was very fair too. I'm glad I found a trustworthy electrician! Thanks Chad!

Mike was a pleasure to communicate with. I've not worked an electrician before until this job, and Mike was able to answer all of the questions I had. In less than 2 weeks of speaking, we agreed to a service date. Mike sent out his associate, Max, who was prompt, professional, polite and clean. After the work was completed, I paid the quoted price, which was VERY reasonable. I'm so grateful that Electrical Solutions took this project on. It's such a small job, but I'm very much enjoying our new bathroom exhaust fan. Thank you again for your time and care!

I didn't even have to leave a message and wait for a call back! (The other guy I called never even returned my call.) He was willing to come within a couple of days to check out the job and provide an estimate -- he was there the next day. He was extremely responsive via text regarding the permit and when he would be coming. He was on the dot on time. He was also polite and respectful with asking for my preference about him wearing a mask. On his way out, it occurred to me to ask him a question about a concern I had about an old outlet. He came back in to check it out and was willing to replace it right then, and taught me how to know when one should be replaced. I found two others in the house while he did that one and he was willing to replace those, too, in spite of having another job scheduled after mine. I expected to have to pay him extra for that work, but when I got the invoice, he didn't charge me extra because apparently the big job he came for didn't take quite as long as he'd expected. I was super impressed by his honesty and his work ethic. Andrew's officially my new electrician!
