Finally the tree got cut back, no more berries, whoo hoo! The aftermath on the sidewalk was horrific. It was stained, to what I thought, was beyond repair. Then along came Rolling Suds to the rescue! I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Ultimately, they sent out a Plummer to break up all the mud that was apparently washed into our drains. We had water and mud leak into our skylight and between the windows in our living room. Literally trying to run people off the road with his truck. No one picked up and no return call. It didn't surprise me to see another instance from Taylor M. described almost identically. The driver of this vehicle either has to be the Owner of the company or an employee with no respect for the business that they are a part of. I would put money on this driver being the Owner of the company, judging by the size of business. Either way, how could you trust a business that acts in this manner driving next to all their potential clients in North County San Diego. I am a builder in San Diego County and have contacts in both residential, commercial, and public works market sectors. If you need a roofing contractor I would happily recommend from the list below: -Sylvester Roofing -Roof Construction -Schott Roofing etc..... Any of these companies that would receive this type of a complaint would fire the individual on the spot. No Questions. (That's how a good business is ran). Seeing that this guy has a history of reckless driving, I sent the license plate number of this white utility bed Chevrolet truck to my contacts at Vista Sheriffs office, Carlsbad PD, and Oceanside PD. Steer clear, companies like Landmark Roofing will be out of business within the next year. Don't have your money tied up with this company when they file for chapter 7.
