It was completely uncalled for and left them feeling humiliated. I find it very troubling that this kind of behavior is allowed, especially toward long time customers. This is not the level of service or respect anyone should expect. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed appropriately. No customer especially loyal ones, should be treated this way.
