A much younger woman of no relation by blood or law who lived with my grandfather because he took pity on her when she lost her family house next door and her husband went to jail, took my grandfather AFTER being diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia to Dornay to change his trust to her name. I would think a lawyer with so much experience would have questioned this scenario. Mr. Dornay's claim is that my grandfather seemed "fine" to him when they came in. He did little to set it right. And worried more for the sake of the woman who hired him, then the code of ethics and morals and unfortunately my grandfather was a victim.
