Tereza gave us tools and simple protocols that have improved our communication and help us understand one another better. I highly recommend Tereza and Sharp Wellness to any couple that is looking to strengthen their relationship!

As parents, we knew it was time to find someone new when our daughter's anxiety and depression rapidly increased over the summer. Our daughter refused to go anywhere. But it had to be done. With a little research, we found board certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Shelley Byrd. Making an appointment was easy. Her office is located inside a Yeager building. You haven't experienced a stimulating environment until you've entered a Yeager building. Meeting Ms. Byrd was refreshing. First impressions meant everything to our daughter. She is young (anyone near 30 is young to us, lol). She is uniquely in touch with this generation and understands their stress. A huge plus for us. Our daughter definitely has a connection with her. Finding someone she could trust was so important. The dialogue between them is open, honest and upfront. And at each appointment, they set mutual goals together. And of course, educating me on her diagnosis and treatment plan is always part of the conversation. We've been under Ms. Byrd's care for over two months now and our daughter is on board and cooperating. Ms. Byrd's clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders. I encourage you to call and ask about how she can help with your situation. I'd also like to mention her multitasking office manager Nurse Leslie. She is "Wonder Woman". She spends quality time checking you in and she helps with anything you need. She is a patient soul.

Once you've reached a place in your mental health journey where you feel ready to explore ketamine…read moretreatment, Compassionate Psychiatric Services has been life-changing for me. My insurance covered a portion of the treatment, so the cost was very reasonable, and on treatment days, the only out-of-pocket expense I had was my co-pay. I'm not someone who exaggerates or adds drama to situations, but I can honestly say that this place and these ketamine treatments have saved my life. As I write this review, I haven't even completed treatment yet, and already the weight on my heart, the sadness, and the desperation have started to fade. I lost myself for a very long time, and the care I've received here has done more for me than six years of therapy and countless medications ever did. If you've been considering this type of treatment at Compassionate Psychiatric Services, let this be your sign to make the call and schedule an evaluation. It's hard for me to fully accept how much progress I've made in just one month. Part of me still worries it won't last, because nothing else ever has before. But this feels different. This treatment feels different. I truly could not recommend this facility or these treatments more highly. Give them a call. You're worth it, and this place proves that healing is possible.

Then my confidentiality got broken somehow when one of her BFFs who was a CPS worker happened to get in my life and they talked about me without any form of consent. In fact, half of the shit were lies or exaggerated info and Sophie took it upon herself to not believe me. That was when I exited that practice. I also remember when I was pregnant, I wanted to get off Valium due to the effects to pregnancy. I had been on Valium for over 20 years at that time. They dropped me SO fast and unsafely. I was prescribed 10mg 3x a day which is quite high. Then they detoxed me in about 4 days. It was ROUGH. I had major panic attacks to the point of driving to them begging them to do a slower taper or give me a one time dose. They wouldn't do so. They also won't see you without a card on file or paying first and they charge you for every little damn thing. I don't know why after pregnancy and birth I came back to her.
