My experience working with Brady was extremely disappointing. He was hired to provide bookkeeping services, but much of the engagement seemed focused on promoting additional services, such as business strategy consulting, that were outside the scope of what I needed.
More concerning was the quality of the bookkeeping work itself. Payroll figures were not entered correctly, and the reconciliation of our books was never completed despite repeated requests. When our CPA later reviewed the records, we were informed that the accounts had not been properly reconciled.
As a business owner, I relied on accurate financial records and professional bookkeeping support, and unfortunately that is not what I received. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering working with Brady to conduct thorough due diligence and clearly define deliverables and expectations before engaging his services. read more
