I think if they are targeting business clients and not individuals, then they should have been more straightforward about that. Instead, I felt like they tried to sell me on how good their service was while also acting like I was being cheap if I didn't file with them. Simultaneously, they kept saying it was too expensive for me. It all seemed like a reverse psychology sales pitch, and I left the meeting very confused at what they were trying to accomplish.
